Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns, providing accurate and concise solutions. Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary, ensuring prompt resolution. Build relationships with new customers to understand and achieve their needs, promoting a positive and professional image. Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems in a timely and appropriate manner. Promote interest in client products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest offerings and features.
