Your primary responsibilities will include: * Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns * Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate * Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs * Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately * Promoting interest in client products and services * Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image * Providing administrative support to the customer service team * May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed **Qualifications and Skills** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.
