* Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
* Building relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and preferences
* Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
* Promoting interest in arenaflex products and services through effective communication and relationship-building
* Consistently meeting established standards of the position, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics
* Portraying and projecting a positive and professional image through all interactions
* Providing administrative support to the customer service team as needed
* Assisting with overflow work and other duties as required
* Working collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
