Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary, ensuring that complex problems are addressed efficiently. Foster relationships with new customers to understand and meet their needs, promoting a positive and personalized customer experience. Provide administrative support to the customer service team, contributing to the smooth operation of our customer support infrastructure. Promote interest in client products and services, staying up-to-date on offerings to make relevant suggestions and recommendations. Maintain a consistently high level of performance, achieving established standards and continually projecting a positive and professional image.
