**The Role**
As an Online Chat Representative/ Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional service standards and advice to address their enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Acting as the primary point of contact and delivering excellent service standards and advice to clients for their enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues.
* Working closely with internal stakeholders to solve client issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Performing root cause analysis of issues and non-compliance of service levels, and working with various stakeholders to implement opportunities for improvement.
* Developing account plans to enhance service delivery and ensure strong customer satisfaction.
* Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner, resolving customer inquiries and requests.
* Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
* Escalating customer feedback as required.
**Ideal Profile**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
* At least 1 year of experience within a Client Services or Customer Service role, ideally within the Accounting Industry, Asset Management, and Telecommunications industry.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to deal with numerical data.
* The ability to work as a strong team player, managing multiple stakeholders and building high-performing teams.
* A strong mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams.
