**Job Summary**

As an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive and helpful attitude, responding to customer inquiries, and providing support through various communication channels. **Key Responsibilities**

• Provide exceptional customer service through online chat, ensuring a positive and helpful experience for all clients
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, staying up-to-date on new developments and updates
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality
• Participate in departmental meetings, company meetings, and in-services to stay informed about organizational initiatives and best practices
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the team

• Work a varying schedule, including flexible start times, to accommodate the needs of the team and clients

**Essential Qualifications**

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online or call center environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in customer relationship management (CRM) software a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously

**Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience working in an education or non-profit organization
• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a strong desire to learn and grow with the organization
• Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
• Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
