**Key Responsibilities**

As an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Troubleshooting and resolving customer problems, escalating complex issues to higher levels of support when necessary.
* Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service etiquette in all interactions, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported.
