Ability to multi-task and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer management systems, with excellent typing skills and attention to detail. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to ensure we provide 24/7 support to our customers. High school diploma or equivalent qualification, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices.
