Key Responsibilities

Deliver 2-3 hours of live instruction + office hours each week during the academic year, providing personalized support and guidance to students.
Craft and implement asynchronous learning activities and assignments that cater to different learning styles and help students stay ahead of the pace and successfully complete all AP course content.
Utilize our Learning Management System (Canvas) and video conferencing platform (BigBlueButton) to deliver live instruction, course content, assessments, and communication, ensuring seamless and interactive learning experiences.
Develop and implement instructional materials and methods within the confines of the AP course guides, leveraging your expertise and creativity to enhance student learning outcomes.
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience teaching classes of students in a virtual setting, with a strong understanding of online learning platforms and technologies.
Experience teaching one or more AP subjects, with in-depth knowledge of AP course guides and curriculum requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
