As an Onboarding SME, you will play a crucial role in onboarding and supporting product teams across the DoD as they leverage the Platform One tech stack to continuously develop and deploy code to multiple security environments. About the Role The Onboarding SME will be responsible for driving the onboarding process for product teams, ensuring seamless integration with the Platform One tech stack, and providing technical expertise to support the program's success. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent customer management experience, solid software implementation skills, and the ability to collaborate well with both internal and customer teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading solutions and successful implementation for the onboarding process, as well as experience working with teams that execute training and integrations.
