Job Overview We are seeking an experienced OnBoard Services Customer Service Representative to join our team in New Jersey, USA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering a top-notch culinary experience to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, managing catering operations, and ensuring seamless communication with our flight crews and catering teams. Key Responsibilities: Execute a positive handoff with flying crews and lead cookroom reviews during catering provisioning to alleviate missing item concerns/events Support restock of "hold items" from a terminal access vantage to decrease conditions on truck dispatches Act as an item and mileage SME for ATL catering details with Uncertainties and OBS Track, pattern, and provide designated "shock and delight" for MI-19 patterns, complaints, and flight crews Support and participate in "Catering Determination Rush" at Uncertainties Lounges for item, detail, and change management "communication and feedback" Effectively participate in Online Entertainment/SkyHub postings and promotions, for ATL OBS Brand Building and Awareness Job requires steady movement, expected to be actively moving and directing all aspects of the catering activity Position requires a customer service mindset to diffuse tense situations and effectively issue resolve on the fly Should perform various duties as assigned by the functional workspace task: however, under specific conditions, staff may be required to perform all roles Should be able to work well in a team environment Should be receptive and have strong interpersonal and show skills Should practice safety-conscious behaviors and follow all COVID-19 health precautions in all operational cycles and procedures Participate in/daily team huddles Collection of trucks may be required occasionally Building Chart book drawers to catering details (catering and arrangement supplies) Should be able to lift and transport items weighing up to 40 pounds (equivalent load to closing an aircraft door 40-60 pounds) Perform quality control functions before delivery onboard Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree and have excellent oral and verbal communication skills. You should be able to work a fixed or rotating schedule, including nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Additionally, you should be able to pass a comprehensive post-offer pre-employment background investigation, including fingerprinting and a criminal history record check, as required by federal law. Preferred Qualifications: Should have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, team direction, and leadership capabilities Quality Assurance experience highly preferred Strong computer skills preferred; should become familiar with e-door grid systems, arenaflex's catering-related technology framework Skills and Competencies: To excel in this role, you should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
