We're committed to excellence, and we're looking for like-minded individuals who share our vision. **The Role** As a No-Code Systems Builder, you'll be responsible for building a comprehensive sales platform that integrates AI chatbot, CRM, email automation, Calendly, and Airtable. This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-profile project that will help international manufacturers grow in the U.S. market. **Key Responsibilities** * Build an AI chatbot (Tidio or Intercom + GPT) that answers inbound questions from designers and dealers 24/7 * Train the chatbot on brand PDFs (product data, environmental docs, specs, etc.) * Connect the chatbot to CRM (Airtable/SmartSuite) and log all conversations * Set up an automated email engine that sends emails from Hyphen IQ on behalf of Baux * Pull contact database from CRM to book meetings and respond to inquiries * Send follow-ups based on timing, location, tags, or activity * Reference past email threads and teammate interactions to avoid duplication * Thread continuity and logging for all communications * Set up Calendly for embedded or linked booking flows * Include both virtual and in-person options * Location-aware (e.g., “Meet in NYC” or “Book Remote Call”) * Track booking source and sync with CRM * Build a lead capture form with Tally or Typeform * Embed the form on Hyphen IQ site * Qualify leads by region, project type, interest * Push leads to CRM and trigger flows * Set up CRM & Dashboard with Airtable or SmartSuite * Track all contacts, inquiries, bookings, and conversations * Include filters by brand, firm, project status * Dashboard includes: + Peak inquiry times + Most-asked questions + Conversion tracking (Chat → Meeting → Win) * Set up Automation Layer with Zapier / Make * Daily digest email * Weekly insight reports * Notification triggers * Chat/email log syncing * New form entries → CRM → outreach flow **Documentation & Repeatability** * Create internal setup guide + flowchart * SOPs for handing off to future clients * Build as a template we can clone 10+ times **Timeline** * 7–10 days * We'll provide all data, PDF docs, FAQs, and flow diagrams up front **Budget & Milestones** * Total Budget: $1,800 – $2,400 * Paid in 2 phases: + Phase 1: Chatbot, Calendly, CRM base scaffold ($600–$800) + Phase 2: Automation layer, full email engine, final polish & docs ($1,200–$1,600) **Working Style** * Daily progress updates (Slack preferred) * Available for 1–2 quick calls during build * Document all work and systems clearly **To Apply** Please answer the following questions: * Share a link to a similar dashboard/automation you've built AND explain the business problem it solved * Which chatbot platform do you prefer (Tidio vs. Intercom), and why? * What tool would you use for the CRM — Airtable or SmartSuite? * How would you prevent duplicated or irrelevant email follow-ups from being sent? * What's your backup plan if a Zapier or Make automation fails? **Bonus Points For** * Experience training GPT on company-specific data * Strong design sensibility (we care about clean UI) * Prior work with email automation + CRM connection * Ability to turn this into a repeatable, scalable template If you're a highly skilled No-Code Systems Builder with a passion for innovation, we want to hear from you.
