About the Role: Equipment Case Picker 3rd Shift As an Equipment Case Picker, you will play a vital role in our nighttime warehouse operations, working collaboratively with our team to ensure the efficient and accurate picking and packing of products. Your attention to detail, ability to work independently, and commitment to safety will be essential in this role. Our 3rd shift operations run from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and we are looking for reliable and motivated individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate power equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move products and materials within the warehouse Utilize RF scanners to pull products from reserve locations and accurately pick and pack orders Work efficiently to meet productivity standards and ensure timely completion of tasks Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and resolve any issues that may arise Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with equipment, processes, and procedures Requirements and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Ability to read, write, and count accurately Must be at least 18 years of age Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally Must be certified on all equipment needed to complete job tasks Preferred qualifications include previous warehouse experience, which will enable you to hit the ground running and make a meaningful contribution to our team from day one.
