**Responsibilities**
As a Machine Operator Lead, you will be responsible for:
* **Setting up machinery**: Ensure all production materials are available and ready for use.
* **Assisting with changeovers**: Collaborate with the team to efficiently transition between production runs.
* **Operating and monitoring equipment**: Safely operate and monitor all equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
* **Inspecting production runs**: Visually inspect production runs and report any malfunctions to the maintenance department.
* **Maintaining records**: Accurately record production data and maintain required records.
* **Maintaining a clean work environment**: Ensure the assigned area is clean and organized, adhering to company policies and procedures.
* **Compliance with regulatory and company policies**: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
**Qualifications**
To be successful as a Machine Operator Lead, you will need:
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
* **1+ Years of General Sales Experience**: A minimum of 1 year of general sales experience is required, with 2+ years of sales and customer service experience preferred.
* **Physical Demands**: Ability to periodically lift, push, pull 50+ pounds, stand, walk, kneel, bend, and reach.
