About the Role We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to provide our customers with the best possible service, responding to their queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and efficient manner. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails, utilizing your excellent communication skills and technical knowledge to resolve customer complaints and provide personalized support. This is a night shift role, covering the hours of 11pm to 8am, and you will be working on a shift rotation with a team of night shift representatives. Key Responsibilities Understand and address customer needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services, providing personalized support and resolving queries in a timely and efficient manner. Respond efficiently and accurately to customer contacts, explaining all possible solutions courteously and professionally, and utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools to provide exceptional customer service. Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing angry clients, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately, and stay up-to-date with the latest technology and systems to provide exceptional customer support. Understand and strive to comply with or exceed call center metrics, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of quality and productivity. Participate in all training, coaching, and learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company, products, and position, and demonstrate a growth/learning mindset to help manage change. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive customer information. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for creating amazing customer experiences, and a growth/learning mindset to help manage change. You should have excellent thinking and problem-solving skills, and be able to balance quality vs. quantity in a fast-paced environment. You should also have: A High School Diploma or equivalent, and 1+ years of customer service experience in a contact center or retail environment. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing. Proficiency with computers, especially our CRM and tools, and basic troubleshooting skills. Fluency in English, and preferably Spanish, to provide support to our diverse customer base. The ability to sit for extended periods, and work on a computer with repetitive hand and wrist movement. Exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications and skills would be an advantage in this role: Troubleshooting technical skills, and experience with iCasino and online sports betting platforms. Knowledge of multiple platforms and operating systems, and experience with customer service software and tools. A certification in customer service, or a related field, and a proven track record of providing exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment.
