Key Responsibilities
Design and Implementation: Plan and execute new network deployments and upgrades to existing infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Network Optimization and Security: Design and implement routing and switching configurations to maximize network efficiency and security, recommending changes to improve network architecture and determining hardware or software requirements.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff members, assisting in the development and troubleshooting of complex systems.
Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with business clients and technology support teams to resolve issues, presenting complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve complex network issues, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise to minimize downtime and ensure network integrity.
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Computer Science, Networking, or a related field is required.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of networking technologies, including hardware, software, and protocols.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex network issues and develop effective solutions.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Project Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
