Our team is trained to handle your belongings with care, ensuring a smooth transition to your new location. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous, helpful, and professional during the moving process. Safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings, ensuring everything is handled with care. Greet customers upon arrival, make a positive first impression, and conduct a thorough walk-through of the premises. Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clear understanding and satisfaction. For drivers, safely maneuver a 26' box truck, taking responsibility for the security and condition of the vehicle and its contents. Assist drivers with truck inspections and inventory of moving equipment. Accurately complete paperwork and handle payment collection as required. Participate in hands-on training and career development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in general labor, construction, warehouse labor, manufacturing, moving, or delivery driving is an asset. Excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude. The ability to lift heavy items (100 lbs. or more) repeatedly, with stamina for climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, and walking. Good hand-eye coordination and strong logic and math skills. A valid driver's license and a good driving record if you're interested in becoming a driver. Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen. While not mandatory, previous experience as a mover, truck driver, general laborer, or warehouse worker is highly valued.
