Key Responsibilities Promptly contact exclusive in-house leads to answer questions and provide information on mortgage protection insurance products. Prepare engaging presentations to deliver necessary information to clients and help them make informed decisions. Assist clients in applying for appropriate coverage and support them throughout the underwriting process. Successfully follow up on pending business requirements to ensure seamless transactions. Participate in comprehensive training and one-on-one mentorship programs to master our step-by-step sales systems. Attend Zoom meetings and conference calls with team members to stay aligned and share best practices. Participate in professional development opportunities, such as in-person national conferences and local events, to enhance your skills and knowledge. Essential Qualifications Currently hold a Life Insurance License in your home state or be willing to obtain one (we'll assist you in the process). Consistent access to a computer with internet access to manage your business remotely. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members. A strong passion for working with and helping others, with a customer-centric approach. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a growth mindset to drive success. Integrity, coachability, and a willingness to learn and adapt to our sales system and feedback. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the insurance industry or a related field.
