About the Position This is a part-time, fully remote position that requires approximately 15-20 hours of work per week, working within the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone. As a graphic designer, you will be responsible for creating and editing a variety of print and digital marketing materials, including social media ads, flyers, and brochures. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all designs meet our high standards and are consistent with our brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities Create and edit print and digital marketing materials, such as social media ads, flyers, and brochures, that are visually appealing and effective in communicating our message. Revise designs based on feedback from our team and ensure that final deliverables are ready for production. Follow brand guidelines to ensure that all designs are consistent with our company's image, colors, theme, logos, and other visual elements. Collaborate with our team to develop new design concepts and ideas that align with our marketing strategy. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve our design capabilities. What You'll Need to Succeed To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in graphic design, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. The following qualifications are required: 3+ years of graphic design experience , with a portfolio that demonstrates your expertise in creating high-quality print and digital designs. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Corporate design samples that showcase your ability to create designs that are consistent with our brand guidelines. Experience in production design , with a strong understanding of the design process from concept to final product. Print and digital samples that demonstrate your ability to create effective designs for a variety of mediums. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a remote team environment , with a strong ability to communicate and collaborate with team members virtually. Knowledge of design trends and technologies , with a strong desire to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field. Strong project management skills , with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
