Job Summary
As a Member Services Liaison, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our Disney Vacation Club Members and Guests in our outstanding member-only lounge and at member-only events. You will be a steward of the Membership experience, providing individualized attention and unparalleled service to Members while also representing the highest levels of Disney service standards. You will work in collaboration with and support the Operations Leadership, Sales, Parks, and Resort partners with a focus on safety while creating magical experiences through interaction.
Responsibilities
Represent Member Services as part of the overall Disney Vacation Club Team
Provide a comprehensive and varied range of services to our Disney Vacation Club Members and Guests visiting our Lounge space, including the service of food & beverage offerings; assistance with all facets of the Disney Vacation Club Member experience and concierge-like services, such as My Disney Experience planning, park tickets, dining reservations, and general park knowledge
Cultivate and maintain professional, yet personalized relationships with our Guests
Demonstrate adaptability to the fluctuating needs of our operation and the requests of our Disney Vacation Club Members and Guests
Demonstrate an unwavering dedication to promoting an environment where everyone is included and feels comfortable
Physical role requiring prolonged walking, standing, heavy lifting (max of 55lbs), pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and kneeling
Able to accurately handle chemicals and other cleaning supplies, following protocols set forth in location Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
Follow Walt Disney World and State Food Safety regulations and practices
Follow the guidelines and protocol regarding the Responsible Vendor Program
Basic Qualifications
We are seeking a talented individual who possesses the following qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal skills as well as telephone etiquette
Capacity to handle conflict resolution and make decisions through balance of integrity and partner resourcing
Experience with standard office software programs including Microsoft Products
Strong organizational, planning, and follow-through skills, along with attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the versatility to adapt working assignments
Available to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business including evenings, weekends, holidays, and call-in shifts
Comfortable working in all weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications
We are also seeking an individual who possesses the following preferred qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of Disney Vacation Club Resorts and Amenities and Walt Disney World Resort property, experiences, and products
Knowledge of applications such as AMI/DBS, ConnectSmart, A la Carte, Passport, Horizon, My Disney Experience, Guest Service Suite, Point of Sale
Bilingual skills in: Spanish, English, Japanese, Portuguese, and French
