A Day in the Life: As a Member Service Representative, you'll be working in our fast-paced communications center at our corporate headquarters in Lone Tree, CO.Your responsibilities will include: * Learning about our members: Develop a deep understanding of our members' needs, goals, and financial situations. * Educating members on financial products: Provide expert guidance on the ways we can help our members afford life, including loans, savings, and investment products. * Providing meaningful product solutions: Offer personalized financial solutions that meet the unique needs of our members. * Processing transactions: Handle transactions with courtesy and professionalism, including transfers, payments, and advanced transactions like IRAs and wire transfers.* Growing with us: Stay up-to-date with the latest financial industry trends, products, and services through our comprehensive training programs. * Sharing knowledge: Collaborate with your teammates to share best practices, competitive intelligence, and business opportunities.
