Mid-Year Performance Reviews: Conduct mid-year performance reviews of public bodies to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement, providing recommendations for corrective action. Media Monitoring: Monitor news coverage and track public perceptions of Government policies and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaboration with Government Agencies: Collaborate with other Government agencies and departments to coordinate messaging and ensure consistent communication, promoting a unified approach to performance management. Public Relations and Media Strategies: Advise Government officials and decision-makers on effective public relations and media strategies, promoting a positive image of the Government and its initiatives. Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this critical role, you must possess the following qualifications and experience: Educational Qualification: Possession of a minimum bachelor's degree from a recognized university in Kenya, preferably in a field related to public administration, management, or a related field. Professional Experience: At least 15 years of professional experience in a relevant field, with a proven track record of success in performance management, public administration, or a related field. Top Management Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a top management position in a relevant field, with a proven ability to lead and manage teams. Knowledge of National Development Goals: Familiarity with national development goals and the ability to align performance targets effectively, promoting the achievement of these goals. Performance Management Experience: Previous experience in performance management, with a proven ability to design and implement effective performance management systems. Chapter Six Requirements: Satisfying the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution, which pertains to ethical and integrity standards, demonstrating a commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
