**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Lower Salford office. As a Medical Receptionist / Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all who visit our facilities. You will be responsible for completing patient intake activities, verifying insurance, scheduling patients, and assisting with telephone coverage throughout the day. You will also be responsible for billing and other administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Greet patients as they enter our facilities with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
* Complete patient intake activities utilizing iPads and paper
* Verify insurance and schedule patients as needed
* Assist with telephone coverage throughout the day
* Process billing and other administrative tasks
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1 year of experience in a customer-service environment, preferably in a medical setting
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs)
* Solution-oriented and able to think critically in fast-paced environments
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 1 year of experience in a medical office setting
* Familiarity with medical terminology and coding
* Experience with billing and insurance verification
* Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
