The Experienced Medical Operations Support Specialist plays a vital support role within the Restore Medical team, focusing on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of medical operations. This position involves coordinating processes and communication between departments, providing technical support, and assisting the corporate medical team to enhance client care and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate in this role will have a Medical background and strong understanding of healthcare management systems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• **Process Enhancement**: Coordinate and optimize medical operations processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• **Technical Support**: Provide technical support to the corporate medical team, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with medical systems and technologies.
• **Communication**: Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.
• **Data Analysis**: Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to enhance client care and operational efficiency.
• **Quality Improvement**: Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and outcomes.
• **Training and Development**: Provide training and support to staff on medical operations processes and systems.
• **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
**Essential Qualifications:**
• **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration, information technology, or a related field.
• **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations or technical support, particularly with medical systems and technologies.
• **Skills and Abilities**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
• **EHR Systems**: Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare management software.
