**Experienced Medical Data Entry Concierge – Evening/Overnight Support for arenaflex Hospice Partners**

Our team is passionate about making a difference, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our mission. **Responsibilities** As a Medical Data Entry Concierge, you'll be responsible for: * Assisting clinicians in the medication procurement process, ensuring accurate and timely data entry * Completing verification processes for quality patient care, reviewing data and entering information into our online system * Conducting a second check of peer's work to ensure accuracy and attention to detail * Navigating between various software systems for communication and completion of assignments * Communicating effectively with our team, hospice partners, and patients via chat, email, phone calls, and patient profile documentation * Maintaining a high level of productivity while balancing quality of care * Answering phone calls, responding to routine questions, and outreaching to pharmacists as needed * Accurately including necessary information when assisting clinicians for the procurement of hospice patient medication requirements * Calling in patient prescription refills to designated dispensing pharmacies * Outreaching to pharmacy partners to complete stock checks, ensuring medications are available for patient care * Working cooperatively with fellow Concierge team members and others on various teams throughout the organization * Assisting in training new team members as assigned * Adhering to all HIPAA protocols for patient privacy * Performing other duties as assigned to support the achievement of arenaflex's goals and objectives **Required Education and Experience** * High School Diploma * Attention to detail and excellent listening skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Excellent computer skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize efforts * A basic understanding of medical terminology **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in healthcare * Prior experience in a Pharmacy-related setting or prescription order entry * Experience with various web browsers (Google Chrome / Firefox), Google docs, Google Sheets **Working Conditions** This is a sedentary position, and all work will be completed sitting at a desk in an office setting or working from home. Stand-up desks are available upon request.
