With a focus on innovation and diversity, we provide a supportive remote work environment that encourages continuous learning and development. **Key Responsibilities** As a Medical Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Efficiently processing customer credit applications in a rapid, high-volume environment, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks. * Maintaining precise and comprehensive records of customer credit information, adhering to industry standards and regulations. * Addressing client inquiries and ensuring prompt resolution of any issues, providing exceptional customer service and support. * Utilizing software tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook for data entry and client communication, staying up-to-date with emerging systems and technologies. * Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions as required, ensuring seamless client management and satisfaction. * Cultivating strong knowledge of 340B account management to meet client needs, staying informed about updates to the 340B program, including regulations and guidelines. * Communicating effectively with clients and vendors, regardless of technical expertise, building strong relationships and trust. * Assisting with inbound customer service calls as part of daily tasks, providing exceptional support and service to our clients. * Collaborating closely with 340B Account Managers to ensure seamless client management, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success. **Required Skills** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn new software and adapt to emerging systems. * Demonstrated experience in high-volume data entry, including numeric and computer-based tasks, with a focus on maintaining accuracy under pressure. * Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong focus on maintaining accuracy and precision in a fast-paced environment. * Previous experience in handling inbound calls and resolving customer inquiries, with a proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and support. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and vendors. * Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. * Capacity to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality and integrity. **Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you will need: * A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably within the healthcare or manufacturing industries. * High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on continuous learning and development. **Career Growth Opportunities** Joining our team at arenaflex offers you a chance to enhance your skills and grow professionally in a supportive remote work environment.
