Your work will have a direct impact on the lives of our nation's military, and you will be part of a team that is dedicated to making a difference. **Key Responsibilities** • Provide high-touch and outstanding service to military service members • Download and screen military medical forms and records for accuracy and thoroughness • Review these medical records and determine the necessary/required medical, dental, and behavioral health services needed • Schedule service members individual, in-clinic, group, and/or telephonic appointments • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service member interactions and outcomes • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices and arenaflex's policies and procedures **Essential Qualifications** • Job Levels: + Level 1: 0–1 year experience + Level 2: 1-3 years experience + Level 3: 3-5 years experience • Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain a military Common Access Card • A CURRENT medical certification, such as Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), or prior military Medic, Corpsman, Para-rescue or Health Service Technician • Certification must be current and remain valid throughout employment • A High School diploma/GED, or 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of • The ability to successfully pass a federal background check - National Agencies Check w/ Inquiries (NACI) **Preferred Qualifications** • 1 - 5 years: Relevant experience • Current medical certification, certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), or prior military medic, corpsman, pararescue, or health services technician required.
