Join Our Team as a Remote Primary Care Provider We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate MD, DO, or FNP Primary Care Provider to join our dynamic team of mental health clinicians. As a remote telehealth provider, you'll play a critical role in delivering integrated physical health care services to our patients, working closely with our mental health prescribers and psychotherapists to ensure seamless, comprehensive care. Key Responsibilities Attend to patients via our Digital Health platform, conducting thorough medical histories and situation-specific assessments to formulate accurate diagnoses. Provide clinical assessment and evaluation for the treatment of patients, developing and implementing suitable treatment plans for non-threatening conditions. Electronically prescribe medications, provide dosage and administration instructions, and order diagnostic testing and referrals to other healthcare providers as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records, ensuring the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of patient health information (PHI). Adhere to all corporate Information Security policies and procedures, identifying and reporting any potential breaches or security threats. Oversee the reporting of diagnostic testing results and follow-up treatment, referrals, and recovery plans. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: A current license to practice as an MD, DO, or FNP in the United States, with a willingness to obtain a license in Oregon. Strong knowledge of pharmacology, medication management, and chronic disease management. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate patients effectively through virtual platforms. Proficiency in using telehealth technology and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. The ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload efficiently. A compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to high-quality care. For FNPs, at least 5 years of experience in primary care. Preferred qualifications include experience in telehealth or remote care settings, as well as a background in addiction medicine and/or behavioral health.
