As a Math Tutor at Mathnasium, you will play a vital role in creating an engaging and productive learning experience for students of all ages and skill levels. As a Math Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and tutoring services to students, both in-center and online, using the proprietary Mathnasium Method. This is a part-time, flexible position with shifts available on Sundays from 11am-3pm and Mondays through Thursdays from 2pm-7pm. Job Responsibilities As a Math Tutor at Mathnasium, your key responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional instruction and tutoring services to students, tailored to their individual needs and learning styles Participating in positive interactions with parents, establishing a high level of confidence and program value, and communicating student progress and achievements Becoming proficient in digital educational materials and processes, including the Mathnasium Method and terminology Teaching in-center or online, using individualized instruction in a group setting, and assessing student progress throughout instructional sessions Evaluating, grading, and correcting student work and homework, and providing constructive feedback to support student growth and development Supporting the maintenance of a clean and professional learning environment, and assisting with non-teaching/instructional tasks as needed We are looking for a team member who is passionate about math, enthusiastic about working with students, and committed to delivering exceptional educational services.
