Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality instruction and tutoring services to students, tailored to their individual needs and learning styles. Develop proficiency in our digital educational materials and processes, ensuring seamless delivery of our curriculum. Teach using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices, which include individualized instruction in a group setting. Evaluate, grade, and correct student work and homework, providing constructive feedback to support their growth. Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming learning environment, adhering to our high standards. Assist with non-teaching tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A genuine passion for mathematics and a desire to share this enthusiasm with students. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Strong math competency, with a minimum proficiency in Algebra I. The ability to balance multiple tasks and responsibilities, prioritizing effectively to meet the needs of our students.
