Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality instruction and tutoring services to students in a variety of settings, including in-center, online, and hybrid delivery models. Develop strong relationships with parents and guardians through positive interactions, progress updates, and program promotions. Become proficient in our digital educational materials and processes to ensure seamless delivery of our Mathnasium Method ® . Assess student progress, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with team members to deliver the best possible experience for our students. Evaluate, grade, and correct student work and homework to ensure understanding and progress. Maintain a clean, professional, and organized learning environment that fosters student success. Assist with non-teaching tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A passion for math and a strong desire to help students achieve success. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Strong math competency through Pre-Calculus, demonstrated through our math literacy test. The ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. A willingness to learn and be trained in our Mathnasium Method ® and digital educational materials. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly valued: Previous experience in teaching or tutoring math, particularly in a center-based or online environment. A degree in mathematics, education, or a related field. Experience working with students of varying ages and skill levels.
