About the Role
The Marketing Operations Associate Manager is the linchpin of our global marketing operations, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between our global marketing teams, internal stakeholders, and production teams. This role is responsible for overseeing global marketing creative deliverables, localization orders, and the development of processes to manage, track, and report on these orders.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee global marketing creative deliverables and localization orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion
Manage communication to markets, territories, and regions, including updating global contact lists and sending out requests for translation of marketing materials
Maintain and evolve our commonly-used translation database to ensure consistency and quality across all marketing channels
Develop and document processes to manage, track, and report on localization orders, ensuring efficiency and transparency
Assign creative projects to the appropriate production teams, ensuring that projects are completed to a high standard and on time
Redirect incorrect queries, requests, and orders to the appropriate stakeholder, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and effectively
Support the rapid expansion of global creative deliverables through our production pipeline, driving growth and innovation


Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related field
Proven experience in managing global marketing campaigns, localization projects, or creative production pipelines
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement processes to drive efficiency and improvement


Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a global marketing organization, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with it
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing technology tools
Familiarity with translation management systems and localization processes
A proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing new technologies to drive efficiency and innovation
