Strategic Execution: Drive the tactical execution of daily category activities, such as tracking sales performance, monitoring promotional effectiveness, and making adjustments as needed. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including Stock, Estimating, Promotion, Finance, Store Brands, Store Design, Marketing, and Store Operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies. Sales and Stock Analysis: Analyze sales records and stock levels of current inventory, identifying opportunities to optimize product mix and improve sales performance. Competitor Analysis and Insights: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape, identifying new opportunities and providing recommendations to stay ahead of the competition. Market Research and Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with changes in the market, researching customer preferences, supplier costs, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
