Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembly Technician to join our team in Lake Forest, CA. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating production machines, ensuring the manufacturing lines have enough products to continue running, completing job quality and production reporting, and ensuring quality control requirements. Key Responsibilities

Operate production machines and equipment to produce high-quality products
Ensure the manufacturing lines have enough products to continue running, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
Complete job quality and production reporting, and maintain accurate records
Ensure quality control requirements are met, and implement corrective actions as needed
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and objectives
Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by following safety protocols and procedures


Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:


High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment; experience with production machines and equipment a plus
Ability to lift objects up to 40 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
Basic math skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities


Preferred Qualifications

Experience with quality control procedures and protocols
Knowledge of production planning and scheduling software
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Experience with inventory management and control
Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive work culture
