**Key Responsibilities:**
* Coach and professionally develop Field Government Account Managers and designated portfolio management professionals to achieve strategic goals and objectives
* Invest in the future of arenaflex's People by executing strategic direction of State, Local, and Higher Education (SLED) managed travel accounts
* Identify, hire, onboard, and train a sales organization of trusted Advisors in the managed travel industry
* Establish formal partnerships and increase sales to State, Local, and Higher Education managed travel accounts
* Broaden awareness of arenaflex's corporate travel programs and services to SLED managed travel accounts
* Collaborate with fellow Leaders to drive business growth and development
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
* Proven track record of driving business growth and development through strategic planning and execution
* Excellent coaching and development skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
* U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. (no current or future work authorization sponsorship available)
