As a key member of our Network Operations Control (NOC) team, you will be responsible for managing the entire Post-Operations Analytics process, providing data collection, assessment, and critiques to stakeholders. Your expertise will help identify the root causes of disruptions, corrective actions taken by stakeholders, and forward-looking initiatives to enhance disruption responses.Key Responsibilities Manage the entire Post-Operations Analytics process to deliver feedback and development instructions to stakeholders throughout the Network Operations Control Establish the setup of data flows, methods, and data structures to support the undertaken assessment and analysts Collect relevant data (quantitative and qualitative) and develop various cross-cuts and analytics to focus on the impact of day-of decisions made Work collaboratively with adjacent Network Operations Control groups to extract desired insights and relevant nuances in the data collected Identify and discuss the vital aspects of root cause(s) of IROPS situations and associated operational challenges Align analysis outcomes with adjacent groups and accumulate their inputs and feedback Support in feedback delivery instructions and discussions and guide wider groups with requests and follow-bolthires Work alongside the Director/Sr.Managed Analytics to ensure the Post-Operations Analytics Team is properly resourced, staffed, and organized Identify opportunities to enhance IROPS response based on data identified – working alongside the broader Post-Operations analytics group to develop tactical next steps Manage the documentation of assessment and outcomes in an accessible repository Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Demonstrated experience in leading teams or groups, either directly or indirectlyComprehensive knowledge of airline operations, disruption management analytics, and operational data sets, tools, and structures Skilled in statistical and analytical techniques, data visualization, and predictive or prescriptive algorithms Ability to demonstrate and maintain a high regard for sensitive and confidential data Ability to work autonomously, with limited and disparate data, and make sound judgments and decisions Preferred Qualifications Experience in airline operations, disruption management, or a related field Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and Excel Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to lead through influence and build strong relationships Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of employeesCareer Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth, development, and continuous learning.As a Manager of Post Operations Analytics, you will have access to non-stop learning and development programs, enabling you to enhance your skills and expertise.
