As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving product adoption, and reducing churn. You'll lead a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs), build scalable processes, and serve as a key liaison between customers and our internal teams. **Key Responsibilities:** * Responsible for the overall growth rate (GRR) of your team's portfolio. * Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers through call coaching to deliver a high-quality customer experience. * Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention, satisfaction, and expansion. * Monitor customer health metrics and intervene to ensure high satisfaction and retention. * Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure a cohesive customer journey. * Serve as a point of escalation for high-profile or at-risk accounts. * Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. * Report on team performance, customer outcomes, and KPIs to senior leadership. **Must-Have Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (Master's a plus). * 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. * Data-driven mindset with experience using customer success platforms (e.g., Churnzero, Gainsight, HubSpot). * Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and developing team members. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in SaaS, Human Resources, Construction management. * Familiarity with CRM systems and customer journey mapping. * Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority. **Perks and Benefits:** * Competitive salary * 401(k) with Company match * Medical/Dental/Vision, STD/LTD, Life Insurance * Flexible PTO and Company-paid holidays * Remote Work **About arenaflex** arenaflex is a rapidly growing SaaS company that offers proven modular HR solutions for the construction and contracting industries.
