About the Role As a Manager of Customer Insights on the blithequark Media Networks (BMN), you will play a critical role in driving business growth for our clients by developing and implementing data-driven strategies that optimize their media investments. You will work closely with our sales and account management teams to formulate media plans, identify opportunities for growth, and provide actionable insights that elevate our clients' understanding of the blithequark customer. Your expertise in analytics, project management, and storytelling will be essential in delivering high-impact presentations and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develops annual strategic learning plans for businesses supported by the BMN, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives. Leads the Quarterly Business Review Process with top clients, providing in-depth analysis and recommendations for media investment optimization. Serves as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting, synthesizing disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for future media investments. Delivers data-driven insights and presentations to internal leadership, external vendor-partners, and clients, highlighting opportunities for growth and improvement. Oversees the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, standardized reporting, and insights. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including sales, account management, product, and ad tech, to provide input on reporting capabilities and ensure seamless execution of media strategies. Integrates knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to the blithequark LMN Insights team and the broader retail media business, highlighting the state of the blithequark customer. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in insights and analytics. 3-5 years of experience in retail media or general media analytics, with a strong understanding of the retail media landscape and emerging trends. Proven experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and compelling manner. Experience with A/B testing, Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar technologies. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: A Master's Degree in a related field, such as Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, or MBA, with a focus on analytics and insights. Proven experience leading teams and driving business impact, with a strong track record of delivering results and growing client relationships. Experience managing global teams, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different regions and time zones. Experience working in a retail environment, with a deep understanding of the retail media landscape and emerging trends. Familiarity with analytic/research software such as SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, or similar tools.
