You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that new clients are set up for success and that our distribution and fulfillment services meet their needs and requirements. If you're a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** As a Manager, Implementations, your typical day will involve: * Defining the concept of operations in conjunction with contractual exhibits through the development of the project scope, KPIs, system requirements, process flows, and SOPs. * Providing onsite support throughout the project and assisting in coordinating resources during go-live. * Implementing and maintaining operational processes and procedures. * Coordinating and managing cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, IT, engineering, and customer service, to ensure that new clients are set up for success. * Conducting regular status meetings with clients and internal teams to track progress and identify any potential issues. * Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services. * Leading and coaching the implementation team throughout the project to ensure a successful launch of complex and strategic new business. * Overseeing the development of contractual documents and addendums. * Identifying and managing risk throughout the project, ensuring communication to all stakeholders, including executives and clients. **What You Need to Succeed at GXO** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 4 years of experience working in startup environments, operations, and change management. * Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment. * Experience working in 3PL, distribution, or fulfillment centers. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. * 3 years of experience in 3PL. * Availability to travel up to 75% of the time. * Basic SQL experience. * Ability to engage and collect testing information from cross-functional teams and translate that information into practical testing scenarios within a WMS or automation. * WMS experience. * Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends. * Ability to influence others, work as part of a team, and act as a catalyst for change. **What We Offer** As a Manager, Implementations at GXO Logistics, you can expect: * Competitive compensation and a generous benefits package, including full health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), 401(k), life insurance, disability, and the opportunity to participate in a company incentive plan. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development. * A dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation. * The chance to work with a global team of talented professionals who share your passion for logistics and supply chain management. **Work Environment and Company Culture** At GXO Logistics, we're committed to creating a positive work environment that promotes productivity, dedication, and career growth.
