Key Responsibilities


Lead and manage the front office team to ensure exceptional customer service and a seamless guest experience
Oversee front office operations, including front desk, concierge, and reservations
Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated guest experience
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to optimize front office performance
Recruit, train, and develop front office staff to ensure a high-performing team
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner


Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:


At least 5 years of experience in hotel front office operations or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of hotel operations and customer service principles
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in hotel management systems and technology
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment


Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge:


Hospitality industry certification (e.g. AHLEI)
Experience with revenue management and yield management systems
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
Fluency in multiple languages
Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
