As a Manager, Analytics, you will be part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of our industry. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Manager, Analytics to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for supporting our paid media investigation capability to surface data-driven insights for our Chief Initiative group. You will work closely with our marketing teams to identify ways to optimize our paid media spend and develop detailed analyses to inform decision making. Your expertise will be critical in driving business results and informing our strategy. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and communicate detailed analyses and insights in the space of paid media - Plan and lead the development of examination, BI, and data science projects fully focused on improving visible paid media and enhancing marketing efficiencies - Work with paid media data science team and marketing teams on executing media blend models - Direct special projects through data set questioning, followed by quick understanding of results and the detailing and communication of proposals that drive action - Function as a colleague with marketing, finance, and product teams to handle business challenges, and track marketing and product execution with a data-driven approach - Influence Organized Inquiry Language (SQL), MicroStrategy, Tableau, Succeed, and other analytics tools to create and maintain scheduled and Adhoc reports - Analyze data to identify business issues and lead deep dives to perform root cause analysis - Collaborate with partners to use data (internal data from Visible and Amazon, as well as external data from market research and marketing agencies) and address complex business challenges by conveying significant insights - Conceptualize and run investigations that create insights on customer behavior and customer needs to help further develop and enhance our offerings **Essential Capabilities** - Experience in the space of Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Consulting in a e-commerce climate or related field - High level SQL experience - High level involvement in at least one industry analytics and metrics representation tools (e.g. Tableau/QuickSight/PowerBI) - Master in Succeed with a demonstrated history - Degree in data science, business, finance, data engineering, analytics, mathematics, or other related field **Preferred Capabilities** - You enjoy working in a team of highly engaged people - You have an enthusiasm for numbers, data, and analytics, but also for conveying significant insights of high quality - Strong inclination for action, highly organized, and ability to complete tasks and projects with little direction and tight deadlines - Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate with both business leadership and technical teams effectively - Experience with membership, subscription-based or media content organizations - Experience with and/or interest to learn more on state-of-the-art analytics approaches - Programming languages: knowledge of Python - Knowledge of other programming languages, such as Java or C#, or of statistical programming languages like R or SAS - Knowledge of Adobe Analytics **What We Offer** - Competitive salary of $27/hour - Opportunity to work with a dynamic team of experts in the industry - Collaborative and fast-paced work environment - Comprehensive benefits package - Professional development opportunities - Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and analytical professional with a passion for driving business growth through informed decision making, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
