Our team of experts is passionate about leveraging data to drive business growth, optimize operations, and deliver exceptional results. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Manager, Analytics to join our team and drive data-driven decision making across our global operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our paid media analysis capability, identifying key opportunities for growth, and fostering a culture of data-driven decision making. You will work closely with our marketing teams to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to optimize our paid media spend. **Key Responsibilities** * Convey insights and knowledge in the area of paid media * Plan and develop/lead the advancement of investigation, BI, and data science projects fully focused on improving visible paid media and enhancing marketing efficiencies * Work with paid media data science team and marketing teams on implementing media blend models * Lead ad-hoc analysis through database querying, followed by quick translation of results and definition and communication of recommendations that drive action * Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to handle business challenges, and track marketing and product performance with a data-driven approach * Influence Organized Query Language (SQL), MicroStrategy, Tableau, Success, and other reporting tools to create and maintain planned and Adhoc reports * Examine data to identify business issues and lead deep dives to perform root cause analysis * Collaborate with partners to use data (internal data from arenaflex and Amazon, as well as external data from market research and marketing organizations) and address complex business challenges by conveying significant insights * Conceptualize and run analysis that create insights on customer behavior and customer needs to help further develop and enhance our value proposition **Essential Capabilities** * Experience in the field of Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Consulting in an e-commerce climate or related field * High-level SQL experience * High-level involvement in at least one industry analytics and metrics perception tool (e.g. Tableau/QuickSight/PowerBI) * Master in Success with a demonstrated history * Degree in data science, business, finance, data innovation, statistics, mathematics, or other related field **Preferred Capabilities** * You enjoy working in a team of highly connected individuals * You have an enthusiasm for numbers, data, and metrics, as well as for conveying significant analysis of high quality * Strong inclination for action, highly organized, and ability to complete tasks and projects with little direction and tight deadlines * Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate with both business leadership and technical teams effectively * Experience with enrollment, membership-based, or media content organizations * Experience with and/or interest to learn more on state-of-the-art data science approaches * Programming languages: knowledge of Python * Knowledge of other programming languages, such as Java or C#, or of statistical programming languages like R or SAS * Knowledge of Adobe Analytics **What We Offer** * Competitive salary of $23/hour * Opportunity to work with a leading organization in the private sector * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Comprehensive benefits package * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you are a highly motivated and analytical individual with a passion for data-driven decision making, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
