Experienced Maintenance Technician - Night Shift

This role would report to the Facilities and Safety Manager, and would perform a wide variety of tasks related to the maintenance and repair of the manufacturing equipment and facilities.These tasks are vital to the safety and efficiency of the manufacturing team, and to the quality of the finished product. The ideal candidate will understand the need for timely and consistent completion of tasks. They will also be comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, performing urgent repairs or day-to-day preventative maintenance.Shift Time11pm-7am at Provo location**two week training at Lehi locationCompensation$25-35 per hour, depending on experienceWhat You'll DoPerform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including cleaning, calibrations, inspections, testing, etc.Perform routine maintenance on the facilities, including inspections, testing, replacing bulbs/batteries, etc.Perform/assist with repairs as neededAssemble/move furniture and equipment as neededWhat We're Looking ForExperience in a facilities and/or manufacturing maintenance roleAbility to work grave shift (expected 11pm-7am Sunday-Thursday)Understanding of basic safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and Lockout/Tagout proceduresBasic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skillsBasic finish skills, including paint and drywallAbility to read and interpret building plansAbility to lift 75+ pounds, work within a confined space, climb ladders, and perform other physical tasks for 8 hours/dayAbility to work occasional overtime/weekends as needed to support production goals and equipment shutdownsDemonstrated proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the English languageBonus Points ForPrevious manufacturing experienceExperience reporting task completion through a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Software)Certifications in any facilities discipline, particularly mechanical, electrical, or plumbingFirst aid/CPR certificationForklift experience/certificationThe reasonably estimated salary for this role at Dandy is $25 - $35/hr plus equity.
