* Assisting with order placement, order status inquiries, merchandise questions, exchanges / returns / appeasements, sales questions, and other general customer inquiries.
* Order processing and auditing as needed.
**What We're Looking For:**
* Previous experience in luxury customer service is preferred, but a passion for delivering exceptional experiences is paramount.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for building genuine connections with customers.
