This comprehensive program includes online modules, internal video trainings, and hands-on training with a designated preceptor – all at no cost to you! **Key Responsibilities** As an LTC Pharmacy Technician Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to patients by building loyalty and repeat business * Championing arenaflex programs such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, and assisting with patient enrollment * Supporting the Pharmacist in Clinical Service offerings * Counting, measuring, and packaging medication in the appropriate container under pharmacist's supervision and final approval to accurately fill prescriptions * Inputting prescriptions into the computer for accurate transmission to insurance companies **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Be at least 18 years of age * Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician * Certification as a Pharmacy Technician * Experience with data entry and computer systems * Strong communication and customer service skills **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
