Key Responsibilities As a Live Chat / Tele Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: Responding to customer inquiries and providing support through our live chat and tele chat channels.Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their business needs to provide appropriate solutions. Troubleshooting technical issues and providing resolutions in a timely manner. Documenting and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and monitoring customer satisfaction. Collaborating with the sales and technical teams to resolve any escalated customer issues. Continuously improving and maintaining a high standard of customer service and professionalism. Staying updated on our products, services, and industry trends to provide the best possible support to our customers.Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or tele chat environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using live chat software and tele chat systems. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
