Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Live Chat Support Agent to provide critical assistance to our customers through live chat tools. As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and providing exceptional customer experiences. This is a remote opportunity, and we welcome applicants from Colorado who are passionate about technology and delivering outstanding support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier I support and customer assistance for our mobile application through live chat tools
Troubleshoot, reproduce, report, and resolve technical issues on both iOS and Android operating systems
Install client software on supported devices following defined procedures, processes, and methods
Employ Incident Management procedures to enter tickets into our required tracking system
Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve technical issues efficiently
Stay up-to-date with our standard operating procedures and best practices to ensure consistency and quality in your work
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
At least one year of professional experience in an occupational field related to the work assigned to the position, including mobile application support
OR Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study related to the work assignment, including Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or other related technical degrees
Preferred Qualifications:
Jira experience
ITIL Certification
Agile and scrum methodology experience
Government work experience
Apple and Google Play Store experience
Use of diagnostic tools and knowledge of a diverse range of mobile device makes and models
