We're seeking a customer-centric, motivated individual to join our team as a Live Chat Representative. This entry-level position is available as both remote and office-based roles, offering the flexibility to work in a dynamic and growing industry. As a Live Chat Representative, you will work directly in communication with customers to resolve their inquiries, concerns, and elevate their experience with arenaflex. This role will provide the opportunity to develop customer service skills, stay up-to-date on product knowledge, and collaborate with internal departments to handle and resolve customer problems effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Proactively engage with customers via live chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Accurately record customer interactions and transactions, detailing inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
* Stay updated on product knowledge to communicate accurate information to customers.
