**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various channels, including live chat, email, and phone. You'll work closely with our sales team to drive sales growth, manage agent vendors, and ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. **Key Responsibilities**

* Ensure all agent vendors understand and execute the sales strategy and set sales goals for the agent vendors
* Work in an integrated manner with property management to understand demographics, branding, and booking objectives
* Assist the booking team in sharing information with Contract Managers for various venues, including drafting, tracking, and summarizing deal points
* Serve as the company's liaison to the talent and coordinate flawless execution of the audition process
* Perform tasks that require standing and/or moving at a fast pace for periods of up to eight hours
* Create and manage reports and spreadsheets as needed to track various booking and scheduling activities
* Prepare orders to replenish stock at the bar to pre-determined par levels
* Provide day-to-day support of all event scheduling and booking functions, including pro formas, offers, tour histories, event-related contracts, and post-event summaries
* Host industry and civic leaders at world-class events
* Maintain agent channel portfolios effectively to avoid potential conflicts with other sales team members
* Ensure the sales team's understanding of new products and provide product feedback
* Motivate a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales goals
* Achieve or exceed planned sales budgets for the agent channel by training, motivating, and monitoring all agent vendors
* Maximize sales opportunities, ensure high-quality product delivery, and customer service
* Assist in finding, securing, and on-boarding outside vendors to perform in the park or at special events
* Navigate in, on, or around scenic elements associated with specific shows and acts in potentially dark and restricted spaces

**Essential Qualifications**

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a live chat or customer service environment
* Knowledge of sales strategies and tactics
* Familiarity with property management and booking processes
* Ability to work in a team environment and motivate others
* Strong product knowledge and ability to provide feedback
* Experience with report creation and management

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**

* Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
