Key Responsibilities: Driving Success in Litigation As a Litigation Attorney at this forward-thinking firm, you will be responsible for: Conducting in-depth legal research to support cases and determine legal opinions, utilizing your expertise and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. Drafting and reviewing a range of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses, with precision and attention to detail. Representing clients during various legal proceedings, such as hearings, trials, arbitrations, and mediations, with confidence and professionalism. Conducting discovery, including taking and defending depositions, interviewing witnesses, and reviewing and producing documents, to build strong cases. Liaising and communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and expert witnesses to ensure seamless collaboration and exceptional client service. Qualifications and Skills: The Ideal Candidate To succeed in this role, you will need: Essential Qualifications A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Active bar membership in Washington State. A minimum of several years of experience in litigation, with a proven track record of success.
